It's helped me in developing immunity
Been a few weeks using the product. The most visible effect is that my sleep cycle is now very intense. I don't wake up tired anymore. Post-gym muscle recovery has also improved; compound lifts do not feel as taxing on the muscles as they did before.
I haven't seen any Indian brand include MCT oil with a Vitamin D3 + K2 supplement. This combination helps improve the absorption of Vitamin D3 since it's a fat-soluble vitamin. Thanks to the MCT oil, I can even take this supplement on an empty stomach without any hesitation.
This is my first time using this D3 supplement, and so far I've noticed positive changes in my mood and immunity.

its excellent, no doubt, but packaging could be better. Many times I ordered EAA, but there was no notch on the packet and opening it post Gym required a scissor. This could have been better.
