Tax included. Free Shipping on Prepaid Orders

You've been bloating every day. You've tried a probiotic. Nothing changed. The problem probably isn't probiotics, it's which ones, and whether they survived long enough to matter.
Most probiotic supplements fail at the most basic level: the bacteria don't survive the journey from the capsule to your intestine. Stomach acid, bile salts, and digestive enzymes wipe out conventional strains before they can do anything. What gets absorbed, if anything, is a fraction of what's on the label. The second failure is simpler. Single-strain or low-diversity formulas cannot restore a depleted gut ecosystem. Your microbiome has hundreds of species operating across distinct regions of your digestive tract. A product with two or three strains doesn't cover it.
iThrive Probiotics with Prebiotics is built around two solutions to these two problems.
Survivability: two spore-forming strains (LactoSpore® and DE111®) that are inherently acid-resistant, plus delayed-release capsule technology that protects conventional strains through the stomach and releases them in the intestine where they belong.
Diversity: 12 strains across 5 genera such as Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Bacillus, Streptococcus, and Saccharomyces, covering the small intestine, large intestine, immune interface, and gut-barrier function simultaneously.
And because probiotics without the right food don't colonize effectively, two precision prebiotics namely Livaux® organic FOS from gold kiwi fruit and organic pomegranate peel, provide targeted nourishment for the bacterial species that matter most.

12 strains. Each one in here for a reason.
The strains are grouped by function and location in your digestive tract — because a well-formulated probiotic covers the full length of the gut, not just one part of it.
Spore-forming strains are survival specialists
These two strains form protective spores that survive stomach acid, bile salts, and digestive enzymes intact. They don't need refrigeration and they arrive in the intestine fully active.

Lactobacillus strains for small intestine & immune interface
Lactobacillus species are the primary colonizers of the small intestine. This group covers the three most clinically researched functions: antibiotic recovery, immune modulation, and intestinal wall adhesion.

The two prebiotics and why generic FOS isn't enough
Most probiotic formulas include generic FOS (fructooligosaccharides) as a prebiotic. Generic FOS feeds a broad range of bacteria — which sounds good, but in practice feeds the problematic ones too, often causing the bloating people are trying to fix.
iThrive Probiotics uses two precision prebiotics instead:
Livaux® Organic FOS (from gold kiwi fruit), unlike generic FOS, Livaux® has been shown to specifically promote the growth of Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, one of the most important keystone bacteria in a healthy gut. F. prausnitzii is consistently depleted in people with gut inflammation, IBS, and metabolic conditions. Livaux® feeds the bacteria that need restoring most — without feeding problematic species.
Organic Pomegranate Peel Powder (Punica granatum) which is rich in ellagitannin polyphenols that selectively feed Akkermansia muciniphila, the bacteria responsible for maintaining the mucus layer lining your gut wall. Low Akkermansia is consistently associated with leaky gut, inflammation, and metabolic dysfunction. Pomegranate peel addresses this directly while providing antioxidant protection to the gut lining.
What iThrive Probiotics with Prebiotics may support:
Digestive comfort such as bloating, gas, irregular bowel movements
• LactoSpore® and NCFM® may support relief from bloating and abdominal discomfort
• HN019™ is clinically studied for improving gut transit time and bowel movement regularity
• Delayed-release capsule technology ensures strains reach the large intestine where digestive symptoms originate
Post-antibiotic gut recovery
• LGG® is the most researched strain globally for antibiotic-associated diarrhea prevention
• Lynside® Saccharomyces boulardii is naturally antibiotic-resistant continues working even during antibiotic courses
• LPC-37® supports recovery of the microbiota diversity wiped out by antibiotic treatment
Immune function
• Approximately 70% of immune cells are located in the gut lining a healthy microbiome is a prerequisite for immune function
• BI-04® may support reduction of upper respiratory tract infection risk
• Spore-forming strains crowd out pathogenic bacteria and create conditions for immune-supporting species to thrive
Skin and brain fog linked to gut dysbiosis
• Gut dysbiosis an imbalanced microbiome, is consistently associated with skin conditions (acne, dullness) and cognitive symptoms (brain fog, low mood)
• Restoring microbiome diversity with broad-spectrum strains addresses the root cause rather than the symptom
Metabolic and hormonal concerns
• B420® may support gut barrier integrity, a compromised gut barrier allows endotoxins to enter circulation and drive systemic inflammation and insulin resistance
• Livaux® supports F. prausnitzii which is a keystone species consistently depleted in people with metabolic conditions.
12 strains, 2 prebiotics. Nothing added to make manufacturing easier.
No magnesium stearate. No silicon dioxide. No artificial colours. No preservatives. No synthetic fillers. Gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, non-GMO.
The capsule shell is 100% HPMC, vegetarian and clean. Delayed-release technology is built into the capsule itself, not achieved with synthetic coatings.
Spore-forming strains (LactoSpore® and DE111®) are shelf-stable without refrigeration. Conventional strains are protected by delayed-release capsule technology and arrive live in the intestine.
GMP certified. Third-party lab tested. 55 Billion CFUs clinically relevant potency, not inflated numbers for marketing purposes.
How to use
Take 2 capsules daily with/before food. If you experience any initial digestive sensitivity, starting with 1 capsule and building to 2 over a week is perfectly acceptable.
Can be taken alongside: iThrive Zinc Defense (space 1–2 hours apart), iThrive Active B-Complex (B vitamins support gut lining integrity), and iThrive Detox Binder if on an antimicrobial or anti-fungal protocol, the binder supports clearance of die-off toxins while probiotics restore the microbiome.
Note on timing with antibiotics: Saccharomyces boulardii (Lynside®) is naturally antibiotic-resistant and can be taken simultaneously with antibiotic courses. Other strains should be spaced 2 hours away from the antibiotic dose.
Practitioner’s Note
![]()
"The question we ask first with any probiotic formula isn't which strains, it's how many of them are actually reaching alive. Most conventional strains are dead before they reach the intestine. That's not a marketing problem, it's a delivery problem. The spore-formers in this formula namely LactoSpore® and DE111® solve it structurally. They don't need the capsule to protect them because they protect themselves. The delayed-release capsule is there for the conventional strains. On the prebiotic side, the decision to use Livaux® instead of generic FOS came down to specificity. Generic FOS feeds broadly, including species you don't want to overgrow. Livaux® has evidence for selectively promoting F. prausnitzii, which is the strain most consistently absent in people presenting with gut symptoms. Pomegranate peel does the same for Akkermansia, the bacteria maintaining your gut's mucus barrier. These weren't interchangeable choices."
