1) Does this test have any food or supplement, or medication restrictions before doing it ? 

There are no major food restrictions before sample collection. However, it is recommended to avoid antibiotics, probiotics and prebiotics for at least 2–4 weeks prior to sample collection for best accuracy. 

2.Are there any terms and conditions related to the test? For eg. if the customer/client fails to collect an adequate sample, the lab will reject the sample ? 

Yes. If the sample is inadequate, contaminated, or improperly collected, the lab reserves the right to reject it. Clear collection guidelines are provided with the kit to avoid this. You will need a replacement kit to re-collect the sample.

3. What if you lose or misplace the kit before sample collection?

Yes. We will provide a replacement it which will be chargeable. The charges of this replacement kit, at the momnent is Rs.2000/-

4. Should you ship the sample on the same day of collection ? Or you can wait and ship the sample if you are not able to ship on the same day.

No, you have to ship the sample on the same day of collection. The sample should reach the lab within 5 days of collection; otherwise sample will be rejected.

5. Who will be handling the logistics and reverse pickup of the sample ? 

We will be handling the logistics and we will be arranging the reverse pickup. Pickups can only happen from Monday to Friday and non-public holidays. You have to inform us couple of days prior of the date of collection to arrange the pickup.
