Refund Policy

We do not have a return policy, which means once the product is sold, it can't be returned back.

But if the product is broken or damaged or you're not satisfied with the product in some way then you can request for a return and a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@ithrive.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All of our shipments are carefully inspected prior to dispatch by the logistics & supply chain team. However, if due to an error on our part you receive the wrong products or the incorrect number of products, kindly do notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.


Also, it is advisable to take a video of the delivery package while you open it, so if there is any damage or if you receive any other product apart from the one you ordered, then that video will act as proof for a return or a refund. 

 

ACCEPTABLE REASON FOR RETURNS:

  1. If you have received your products(s) but find them to be damaged, leaking, or tampered with:
  • In this case, you will need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. When you notify us please ensure to send us images &/or videos of the damage.
  • We will investigate the same at our end.
  • If based on our examination the product has minor damage, we will ask you to return the product to us. Once we have received the product, we will dispatch a fresh product as a replacement of the same.
  1. If you have notified us within 48 hours of receiving the product that you wish to return.


UNACCEPTABLE REASON FOR RETURN:

  1. If you notify us a return after 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. If the product you wish to return is already opened & used by you.
  3. If you are returning products for any reason apart from a manufacturing defect of the product.


Refunds:


REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF:

  1. The product returned by you is noticeably damaged and/or tampered by you.
  2. The shipping address you entered while placing an order is incorrect. 
  3. You have consumed part of the product & then decided to return it.

 

REFUNDS MAY BE ISSUED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

  1. The product you ordered is not in stock with us.
  2. You have paid twice for a single order.
  3. If you comply with the returns policy stated below.

 

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days if the criteria in this user agreement is met.
