3) Once you receive the sample collection kit, call our team immediately. We will send you the test instructions & shipping information.

4) This test requires a blood(plasma) sample for which we will arrange a blood home collection via Neuberg Labs in India. (Blood draw charges will be additional)

5) Once blood is drawn and both urine & plasma sample is given to Neuberg phlebotomist, they will ship it to the USA for analysis.

6) Sample shipping charges to USA is included in the test cost itself.

7) You will get the report in max three weeks from us.

8) Please check if the OMX blood draw is feasible at your city or your pin code by calling the iThrive team before ordering this test. This test can only be done in Tier 1 cities in India.

9) The sample needs to reach the USA lab within 6 days of collection. If it gets delayed beyond 6 days due to courier delay or customs clearance delay, the sample will be rejected and iThrive will not be responsible for this. Re-sending of the sample will be required.

Important Please note : In case the sample gets lost in transit by Fedex or due to some sample quality-related reason the lab in the USA rejects the sample, you would have to re-send the sample once again. For this, we will send you a free replacement kit. No need to pay full test charges again. You will only need to pay FedEx shipping charges for resending the sample.
