1) You purchase the Self- Decode DNA Kit from us, and we ship the kit to your place in India. In case you want to do this test in a country other than India, kindly contact our team.

2) Once you receive the kit, you inform us of a date of collection and we will book the sample pickup from your home on the same day.Pickup can be only arranged from Monday to Friday.

3) Sample collection instructions will be shared in the Self-Decode Test Kit & by the iThrive Team.The sample required is a saliva sample and does not require any professional help and can be done at home.

4) Once the sample is collected, the pick-up person will come to your address to collect the package or kit (which has the collected sample).

5) The sample will be going to the lab in Hyderabad for our users in India. 

Note- The sample will be sent to Self-Decode authorized laboratories for users outside India.

6) Once analysis begins, it takes about 3 weeks for the results to come.

7) Once the results are generated, we send them in a PDF format to you in a google drive link.
